American English specialists who are licensed and certified in Speech-Language Pathology and English education will assist clients' particular needs. Individual baseline diagnostics are conducted prior to program commencement. Findings from the preliminary assessments are analyzed to develop a most personalized program, targeting areas of weakness while maintaining areas of strength.

Listening Ears offers all-inclusive training programs which compliments the international businesspersons' skills within an American English environment. Based out of the southwest region of the United States, services are available globally.

Program Information

Corporate Speech is an all-inclusive training program. It is available in an individual format. The focus of this program is to improve the communication skills of corporate employees who are non-native speakers of English.

Proficiency in a second language takes time and practice. Individualized programs are designed to enhance specific areas of language that are continuing to develop for the learner. Interpersonal, interpretive and professional communication training for effective business communication is introduced.

Our program offers a straightforward, strategic model for effective communication for the professional. This model is applied to writing, speaking and group interactions. It is achieved through teaching of conventions, along with awareness of the differences and ways to communicate among professionals.

Communication is Power

Communication in the business world is essential. While many have learned the English language, few are adept in American English and the cultural rules that are unique to American business. When your employees lack these skills, they lack the ability to communicate effectively and you lose business.

There are many different cultural ways of thinking, structuring information and emphasizing critical information across all environments. Through immersion into American cultural behaviors, participants will be more able to identify and effectively communicate with a culturally diverse audience.
